不太了解论坛的规则，可能这个帖子更适合kudos.
“法人代表”确实是个常用短语，同时也是一个常常被错译的短语。一般的字典上给出的翻译是corporate/legal representative, legal representative是一个错误的翻译，corporate legal是否正确，我无法确定，这也是为什么要来这儿请教各位的原因。
有人认为Corporation's Initial Agent for Service of Process是更对等的翻译，不知方家以为如何？
另外，公司的“法定代表人”应该怎么翻译呢？
