: Yes. Bettor is paid off at a lesser rate. It's a "trade off", bettor wins in case of a draw BUT is paid less than they would have been if they had clearly & decisively won.

Correct. If you bet on four games and one ends tied, you will be paid at the lower 3 team payoff.
