Esta expresión es utilizada de modo informal en Argentina acompañada de sustantivos como "la canción", "la frase", "la expresión", "el acento" y alude a una situación en la cual una persona no puede dejar de repetir una acción o, dicho de otro modo, repite esa acción frecuentemente. Algunos ejemplos para ver la frase utilizada en conexto serían:
Se me pegó la última canción de Radiohead. (No puedo parar de cantarla).
Se me pegó la frase "al mal tiempo, buena cara". (La digo con mucha frecuencia).
Se le pegó el acento británico. (No deja de hablar con ese acento).
Se me pegó la expresión "o sea". (La repito constantemente).
Si bien estoy interesada en saber la traducción de la expresión en general, o sea, que pueda aplicarse en todas las situaciones antedichas, la que más me interesa es "se me pegó la última canción de Radiohead".

You can say that a song is stuck in your head. I think that the verb "stick" also applies to most of the cases you mentioned.

I am guessing. I've heard it in my region to mean "it hit me". I guess it could mean "he hit me with the last song" or something like that. I am guessing.
