beeswax
Could this be the culinary technique (using beeswax to make molds)?

It's not edible but it is a technique.

: "A honeycomb is a mass of hexagonal wax cells built by honeybees in their nests to contain their larvae and stores of honey and pollen." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honeycomb | Precisely, the honeycomb is a delicacy, I think, but not the wax!!! ;-)

: there's some confusion here.beeswax in u.k is a polish using the wax from the honeycomb, bee's honey is used in cooking, food refs in u.k to honeycomb don't actually contain it,more linked to structure and sweetness.

Muitoprazer, in the USA,in ordinary cooking as well as in culinary schools (I trained at one)honey for pastry is kept in the comb to preserve it for use and the comb, wax and all occasionally garnishes a plate of pastries or the pastry itself.

: In a culinary context, it is likely to be honeycomb, although just possibly Pina is right.

: Just "beeswax". The rest is redundant, as is the Spanish "cera de miel de beja". It simply means "cera de abeja". Beeswax begins in the honey. http://www.stroopebeeandhoney.com/beeswax.htm
