Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law (general) contrato de arrendamiento
La arrendadora por medio de este contrato garantiza que permitirá que la arrendataria ocupe el espacio rentado durante la vigencia del contrato, en forma pacífica y gozará de la posesión de la misma, sin perturbación o impedimento alguno por parte de la arrendadora, y sin que dicha obligación comprenda las acciones de terceros que por vías de derecho perturben su uso y goce.
