I'm basing this on context...
I would take this to mean that the station is attempting to produce a really fast-paced air schedule. There isn't much on-air 'dead' time or simple filler material. That their goal is to create a non-stop continuous stream of edgy/funky music and entertaining talk sets. They're planning to run a tight schedule, back to back music, news and the like.
