If BIOSANO S.A. cannot carry out the testing methods laid down in the testing procedure, BIOSANO S.A. has to discuss and agree validated alternative methods, before implementation, with PENTAFARMA S.A., which PENTAFARMA S.A. has to release.
If amendments become necessary, the testing procedure and/or testing method has to be replaced by a new amended version of the document signed by both parties. The new document comes into force on the date of validity.
