I do not think "randomized informed consent" is right. It is not the consent that is randomized.

what's randomized is the study, which means that a patient is either assigned to one group (usually treated with the drug that is being studied) or another one "treated" with placebo at random.

Discussion
This is the third consent form from a set of five. The clinical trial is being performed to determine the safety of gradual immunosuppression withdrawal.
I haven't put the full abbreviation as this may reveal who is performing the trial (the end client). I believe that the first part of the abbreviation stands for "Immune Tolerance Network" (can't be sure) and I think it is the number of the trial being performed (can't be sure). This is a heading at the top of the document and immediately followed by the title of the study (as shown above). So, in summary, I believe the abbreviation refers to the clinical trial number. Hope this helps a bit.
