'preoperatif' sözcüğünün tam karşılığı 'preoperative' ve aslında türkçesi de "ameliyattan önce" demek. 1/2 hours preoperative diyemeyeceğinize göre en iyisi "1/2 hours before the surgery" demek diye düşünüyorum. Ama illa da 'preoperative' sözcüğünü kullanmak isterseniz "1/2 hours before the termination of the preoperative period" diyebilirsiniz ama biraz zorlama olur.
