now, there are only 3 hits on google for "cosmiatrist", but also, "cosmiatra" is not on DRAE, so there you go...

agree Anne Smith Campbell : Si, "Cosmiatría"= cosmiatry. Ya está aceptado este término. http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1483248, y tambien entiendo que "cosmiatra"= cosmiatrist, tal y como dices. :)
