affiliation contract

The direct translation, "social seat", does not seem to work in English. The only possibility I can think of is "domicilium citandi et executandi". Any better suggestions?

I have used this in the past.
Note from asker:
Thank you for your time, Marijke! Greatly appreciated, but "headquarters" will not work in this particular legal context. |
