Hola, se me presentaron varias dudas con esta frase, porque el término "sell out" tiene varias acepciones.
"Bush sold out to the chemical industry—so chemical plants are largely unprotected."
Tengo la duda si quiere decir que cedió ante la industria o que se vendió a ella. También encontré que significa traicionar.
