Discussion

Carol Gullidge Nov 27, 2007:
Hi Edward: I don't know if it's a coincidence, but all the refs I find for folio potatoes or patatas folio seem to have a German connection. Could this be a German item that has already been translated literally from German into English and Spanish?

I am not sure, its just an interpretation that I find logical in conexion with grilled food - though, maybe not as sitedish to langosters.....

folio potatoes

unlikely, I know, but I've found Folio Potatoes on this menu: http://www.pegasusonline.org/menu.htm

+ 1 other I think!

Unfortunately, it doesn't explain the ingredients. Perhaps you don't actually need to know what is in it...?

In fact, the site is for an establishment in India, in German + English. Impossible to tell whether it's a translation or not (from German? - unlikely in India?), although it rather reads like one!
