English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Non-Exclusive Agreement for Introduction to Prospects and Business Development

XYZ is appointed by the Company as a Business developer, upon signing and returning this Agreement, to seek, on a non-exclusive basis, purchasers, business partners and distributors ("Prospects") within the Territory (as defined below) or *named accounts*, for the products and services of the Company, mainly the X (collectively, the "Products"), all pursuant and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
