Si se entiende como "carny-style wheel", es una rueda de la fortuna estilo carnaval, en que al girar hay pivotes de madera, uno de los cuales termina deteniendo la rueda. Este tipo de rueda se usa en el concurso "rueda de la fortuna".

: Muy bueno. Siempre se aprende algo más....Una puntualización, por lo menos para el Cono Sur, "carnival" en el sentido que usas no es "carnaval", sino "feria" o "kermesse". Saludos desde Uruguay.
