After searching, I find no reference to a common tool exclusively for installing the privacy wings on an ATM machine. This in spite of the list in your source text being very specific about other tools, such as the 'security screw screwdriver bit' including both size and part number.
My guess is that this is a special tool produced by the company that built the 'security wings' or the entire 'atm booth', which due to their design no mass-produced tool could assemble (and perhaps which no mass-produced tool could disassemble in the case of vandalism). This is probably a big selling point for the manufacturer.

Excellent. Source is from USA and target market is Spain. I would think that 'herramienta (XXX nombre del fabricante) para alas de seguridad' might serve your purpose.
