Ouch!!
Here's my suggestion - it's a sort of "half-way house"
Data acquisition technique specification for geodetic measurement of the objects of track facilities.
But you certainly can't leave your six "of's" in 18 words...

My suggestion
Specification of the data acquisition technique for geodetic measurement of the objects of track facilities

: I would write it like David Moore, but if this work needs to stay very close to the translation, as is sometimes specified, this is good!

track facility object geodetic measurement data acquisition technique specification
one way round the "ofs"

or: "specification of the track facility object geodetic measurement data acquisition technique" to make it more readable ....

might need some more polishing but that's the general idea :)

maybe: "specification of the data acquisition technique for the geodetic measurement of track facility objects" ... makes it more readable still but I would chect the terminology ... e.g "track facility objects"

oops ... should read "check" of course :)

way too many!
one option:
specification of the data acquisition method for obtaining the geometric measurements of railway infrastructure objects
(and if these objects are in fact buildings, you should use 'buildings', and 'dimensions' would then be preferable to 'geometric measurements' -- or possibly in any case)

sorry, I got a bit confused there -- 'geodetic measurements' = measured geodetic data, so my suggestion should read
specification of the method for acquiring the geodetic data of railway infrastructure objects

Technical specification for acquiring geodetic measurement data for track [facility] objects
Yes, too many. You have some good suggestions already, but since they sound possibly too literal to me, I offer this suggestion as well. Only your context will tell you for sure!
I agree with Ken that you might substitute "railway" for "track", though there's nothing wrong with "track" used in this way. I think you might also leave out the word "facility" as you see in the following examples:
Southern and the South Carolina Geodetic Survey collected over 300 surveyed ..... Track Features are track objects that fall within the center of two rails ...
www.arema.org/eseries/scriptcontent/custom/e_arema/library/...
Geodetic surveying of railway objects ... Rail head and wheel profile geometry measurement... Software for railway track irregularity correction using heavy ...
library.witpress.com/pages/listPapers.asp?q_bid=138
Note that a measurement may be made up of several types of data. Otherwise, you might more simply say "... geodetic measurements for [OR of] ... objects".
