Opportunities for two groups: Long and risk
There are opportunities only for two groups:
1. Those who will keep their stocks for a long time, and preferably also spread their stocks widely (long horizon portfolio)
2. Those who are willing to take great risks (risk bearing clients)

About group number 2 (risk bearing clients). Perhaps I should rather say that they are able to deal with the risk (able to bear a potentially loss), rather than just being willing to take the risk.

Second option
I would go with your second option:

just need the "S" portfolios are packaged deals, and could have multiple clients attached to one portfolio, so you just need to make portfolio plural and keep "risk bearing clients" as your second plural. his covers the clients and the packaged portfolios who, could or could not have more than one client.
