Article XIV: Waivers ; Severability
14.1 it is mutually agreed that the failure of either party at any time to enforce any provision here of shall in on way affect the right thereafter to require performance thereof , nor shall the waiver of any breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to b a waiver of any succeeding breach of any such provision or as a waiver of the provision itself.
