response on/over 360 degrees

English Tech/Engineering Military / Defense radar
In my teaching job, I'm helping a student to polish her website. It's very technical and I'm not sure of the preposition to be used here - should it be on or over (or either)? The present text, from a sea navigation aid data sheet, is:

The careful assembling of three XXX [brand name]
reflectors gives a homogeneous response on
360 degrees in azimuth and 120° in elevation.

Here in the sense of "covering", rather than "above".
