Spanish term

interruptor volante

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Electronics / Elect Eng
In the picture I have, this appears to be a switch hanging from a cord, so I thought of hanging switch, but I also found this which seems just to be an on/off switch. Does anyone know a better name for it?
Thanks.

(hanging) cord switch

Those are cord switches. If you want to be specific you can say "hanging cord switches", an alternative is "line switch", but it's not as commonly known, and are not usually placed hanging but rather "in-line". If you want to be original you can say "tethered switch" which really paints the picture accurately, but would not be known as such in any product searches. :-)
