Capital Conversion.
Upon this amendment of the Articles of Association becoming effective the issued share capital of the Company, consisting of two hundred (200) shares with a nomi-nal value of one hundred euro (EUR 100) each, shall be converted into two hundred (200) shares with a nominal value of ten thousand five euro (EUR 10,005) each.
The capital increase resulting from this conversion, amounting to one million nine hundred eighty-one thousand (EUR 1,981,000), shall be charged to the share premium reserve of the Company. If this reserve is not sufficient, the shareholder of the Company shall pay up the balance that could not be charged to the aforemen-tioned reserve in cash.
