Unfortunately I can think only of "till the last visitor", but I think it is too much literal.

perhaps "leaves" would be more acceptable than "staggers out"!

neutral The Misha : The correct way of saying what you are trying to say would be "to the last man standing". Your "standard formula" is not particularly good either.

I've mentioned "standard formula" just for reference, I don't like it too. And I know also that "last" requires definite article, but pub web sites use this particular construction (don't have enough space for link, see my addition to the answer)
