"Myndighetssak mot XXX" -- is this a particular kind of lawsuit? Or a certain kind of venue? The suit seeks injunctive relief, i.e., an order from the court compelling the defendant to take certain action, as well as damages.

Myndighetssak (one t) seems to be just any legal matter or case where at least one of the parties is a public authority. The word also occurs in Swedish, where other definitions may apply.
