Nunca sé como traducir y ni siquiera si existe, he mirado páginas de empresas USA y su traducción al castellano no sé si es correcta, ellos usan por ejemplo s.r.l. y en castellano nunca lo había visto y ellos lo usan en su traducción.
Nombre empresa Incorporated
¿cómo se traduce? Además INC. no quiere decir nada, no es dónde está constituida la empresa, Incorporated in Delaware, por ejemplo.
Al revés S.A. cómo se traduce hacia el inglés.
Y S.A.?
Nombre Empresa Limited ¿qué traducción? Es otra cosa no entiendo, una sociedad limitada y ves que tiene consejo de administración y hasta cotiza en bolsa, es el mismo tipo de S.L. que en España?

Como las leyes de cada país son diferentes (unas usan las romanas y otras las antiguas inglesas etc.) creo que lo que dice Vanina es buen consejo. S.A. ; SRL; Inc., LLC, Ltd. etc. al ir al final del nombre de X compañía, debe creo yo, dejársele tal cual aparece ahí. Si se trata de explicar qué cosa significa, entonces sí vale la pena traducirles el significado.
Hay algunos equivalentes como SRL = LLC, pero aún esto puede tener diferencias cuando los abogados lo discuten.

It may not be dissolved by death or bankruptcy of one or some of its members. Its capital is divided in interests. Its administration and representation is in charge of managers. Its members may not take part in its representation. Their liability is limited to the payment of the interests which the suscribe for. It is a kind of business organization which may be adapted to small enterprises.

Sociedad anónima generalmente es corporation PERO si a vos te aparece por ejemplo el nombre de la empresa seguido de S.A. (XX S.A.)no debes traducirlo. Lo mismo que si te aparece XX Inc., queda igual.
