type of portal: internet It is for the Generalitat - explaining every type of procedure/registration, etc. that there is, and all of the departments, offices, etc.

Maybe they are referring to a group of addresses in their mail program (Outlook Express or similar)? Bústia d'entrada = Inbox.

Do you think that might explain it? It could be a mailing list group they send messages to. Without more context, it's hard to say.

Maybe a literal translation 'Inbox Group' or something similar would be OK then. Have you seen the equivalent of this section in any English-language portal?

But what do you actually find IN this 'Grup Bústia'? Sorry, I am not sure if I've understood your explanation. Do you find forms that can be filled in for complaints and other types of correspondence?
Note from asker:
AS in my two examples (one is the first discussion entry), there is a section with a topic, or name of an agency, then a list of more optics or agencies to the right. Invariably they all end with Grup Bustia followed by DGAC. I really don't know what is going on yet, your general inbox idea is the best guess so far.
Now I am starting to think it just means "email". A link to send email - could it be that simple?
