bulk access (or bulk transfer)
This is what comes to mind for me, but I would like to hear the comments of others before being sure. Gets a good few hits, but maybe not all in the field you are working in.
"Access" will be a non-count noun and will mean some alteration to the sentence, and if "transfer" is used in the plural, you will need to drop the relative clause with the verb form of "transfer". I.e.: "Bulk tranfers to the ... register" depending on how you are signifying "anleggs-".
