These would seem to be more natural choices for the header of a section of a restaurant header. A "treat" would suggest, in my view, a dessert or sweet of some kind, and it is not just sweets that are on offer in this section.

: I've never seen this term used in English; I must be eating at the wrong places. (BTW, the idea seems to be for patrons to order the listed items as part of their breakfast, and not afterward).
