I have never heard of "pretermited" . This is a Bulgarian contract that was translated into English and now the English is to be translated into French, not the best route to take but... Any ideas what this could mean?

I have a feeling that the word should read predetermined which would then make sense and the translation would be as follows or similar.

This looks like a letter of employment termination. My understanding is that the employer is protecting himself against a lawsuit by the employee. Meaning that they do not want to pay for future commissions and profits had the employee still been employed by them.
It is hard when you don’t have the full story hope this will help. I am not sure about pre-terminated doesn’t really make sense to me at this time.

| I've just read the sentence again and it doesn't really work because of what follows => commission profit and future earnings would not be "inflicted on the Employer by the offense". Unless it was Loss of profits.. Could it be "pre-terminated" ? Would this make any sense????? |

Toute réponse serait une devinette et risque de donner une "monstruosité" en français.
Un problème à régler avec le client.
Ce qui me fait penser au jeu où, l'on se murmure à l'oreille une phrase, qui passe de l'un à l'autre.
Entre la phrase originale et celle que prononce à haute voix, le dernier de la chaîne, il y a une telle distorsion que tout le monde éclate de rire.
Mais cela n'a vraiment rien de rigolo pour un contrat.
