: A good example of why it's useful to wait fro proper context before answering... Asker's context now shows that 'min' refers to "20 (.787)", which is the minimum length of the full-threaded part, not the depth of the thread.

A good example of writing before carefully reading. La "profundidad total minima del roscado"is " the minimum length of the full-threaded part" in this case . The right to disagree is freedom, I've no doubt about that nor about my proposal to asker :)
