If this is referring to some type of advertisement by some company, we usually refer to it in the US as a giveaway. A raffle is where you buy a ticket and a number is picked. Giveaways normally don't obligate you to buy anything and you usually have to sign you name and mailing information. Later on the company uses that info to inform you if you won and/or send you promotional advertisements.
Webster's dictionary defines a giveaway as:
2 a : something given away free; specifically : PREMIUM 1d b : the act of giving something away free <staging a promotional giveaway>
Webster's dictionary defines a raffle as:
a lottery in which the prize is won by one of numerous persons buying chances
A lottery is also one in which you have to BUY a ticket. I assume that you do not have to buy anything in order to win one of the washers.
