Nope! Nor me. My comment regarding kudos answers was not meant to be critical, by the way, I just wanted to underline the fact that my doubt is to whether we would use the terms in the glossary in this context, since when I was searching I did not find this to be the case... I'll keep investigating with your help in mind to see if I can put my own mind to rest. And thank you both for your help- it is appreciated! :)

I haven't seen it personally since I don't tend to purchase things on Hire Purchase.

Kate, The reason I looked for other references was because of your comment on Kudoz answers!

I don't see why this is not applicable to the products you've mentioned. They're financing is dealt with esactly like a loan, including the "TAE", etc.

I'm not sure this will fit my context- have you seen this used in the case of financing for example on computers or other gadgets or white goods such as you'd find in catalogues in the UK, for example?
