本文を読む限りでは、借主側が施設(facility)に対して不履行を行っていないことを前提に、貸主は借主に器具（機械）のメーカーから供与されるサービスや全ての保証を使用する権利を与えるものとする、と解釈できます。施設に対する不履行というのはguessですが、例えば家賃を滞納していたりとか、何か課せられている義務を怒っているとか、契約内容を遵守していないことを指しているような気がします。

I took a different path on this answer and did not go with the "contract facility (便宜内容) route." I am not sure how it fits with your question.

とありますので設備でもないし、便宜でもないと考えると支払関連ではないかと思いました。
電子機器のような物を使用する施設も考えられますがリース契約にそのような場所のことが盛り込まれるとはちょっと考えにくいと思います。

この場合の「ファシリティー」とは、融資の枠組み、あるいは融資契約そのものを意味する、極めて「金融な用語」です。ざっと訳しますと、こんな感じになると思います；
The Lessor will allow the Lessee to use all warranties and services provided by the manufacturer of the equipment provided the Lessee is not in default in relation to the Facility.
（レッサーはレッシーに対し、当該設備のメーカーが供与する全ての保証およびサービスの利用を許可するものとする。但し、レッシーが本融資契約に関して不履行の状態にある場合を除く。）
つまり「ちゃんとリース料を払わないと、サービス等を受けられませんよ」ということでしょう。

ちなみにリース契約とは、本質的には金融取引そのものです。何かをするためのお金を直接貸すかわりに、特定のモノを貸してリース料を取る（貸したお金に金利を付けて返してもらっている、と考えると分かりやすいでしょうか）。
ですので「融資契約」で問題ないと考えますが、Mikaさんがおっしゃるように「リース契約」にされてももちろん問題はないでしょう。
