Here's another one - it's the theme for a conference on volunteerism.
Anyone have a catchy English equivalent?
"Bajo el lema *Te lo pide el corazón** se desarrolló un Congreso repleto de actividades de interés, no sólo para las personas voluntarias, sino para profesionales de los servicios sociales y para toda la población en general"

Listen to your heart
this is a TITLE for an event. I hardly see what "your heart's desire" has to do with that !

It's your heart's desire
I think this would work nicely in the context.

: Yes, agree - I would leave out the "It's" - make it more catchy

Put your heart into it.
Apt for volunteers, I think. I also like Simon's answer.

: less literal but seems to me to capture the essence of the idea, which is about doing what you know is right

Thanks, Lucy. Yes, in this case it's not just about being literal.

follow your heart
Another one for the collection.
Literal translations are rarely v satisfactory for this kind of thing, but something in the vicinity is called for, especially since this is an after the event translation. And snappiness is always a consideration.

your heart is asking you to do it / to volunteer
I don't think any of the answers so far get to the point -- what the conference was about is "your heart is asking you to volunteer". This is the motive for volunteering given that the work is unpaid.
"Ser voluntario es entregar un poquito de nosotros y dar con ello, sin reservas, algunos de nuestros momentos a quienes lo necesitan, a quienes todo les falta o a quienes todo lo dieron..."

another possibility would be:
"your heart is pleading with you to volunteer"
