Hi Everyone -
I am trying to find a translation for this phase in the following sentence:
"El método de cálculo utilizado ha sido el método de comparación y método dinámico para hallar el valor de repercusión del suelo"
I comes from a valuation report for a commercial property (in this case a roadside service station). The building on the site and the land are obviously valued seperately to reach a final valuation for the property as whole.
I would say something like:
"The comparison method has been used for the valuation and the dynamic method has been used to estimate the XX value of the land"
Can anyone enlighten me as to what "Valor de Repercusión" is and how to translate it?
