mooring bollard
This is a guess informed by a hunch, but a piña seems to me more like a bollard than a knot.
I could be very wrong.

monkey's fist
Unless some surprising context appears…
A ball made of intertwined rope fashioned at the end of a light line used for throwing to the dock hands from the vessel is known as a monkey's fist. It has weight but will not knock you out or poke out your eye if it hits you. this is then attached to the mooring cables which are then winched aboard.

Upon further research I have found a reference to the monkey fist as pina so this definitely is a possibility.

A barrilete is to stop chafe, it's another rope bound, or worked around the working rope to prevent chafe. A piña is a working back of the strands to form a shape: a crown, ball star… In English worm parcel and serve

Mooring dolphin
Dolphins - These are small independent platforms or groups of piles used by themselves or in conjunction with a pier or wharf for specialized purposes.
Saludos a todos.
