У нас нет эквивалентов Registered Nurse, or RN and Licensed Practical Nurse, or LPN.
Поэтому я предлагаю перевести просто "медицинской сестрой". Русскоговорящему человеку будет так намного понятнее.
Фельдшер отличается от медицинской сестры уровнем подготовки и количество лет обучения.

: Есть случаи, когда обязательно нужно передать разницу между RN и LPN. Но в данном контексте вполне можно просто сказать "медицинской сестрой" - и русскоговорящему человеку будет так и в самом деле намного понятнее.

Discussion
- There are so many disparities between the RNs and any mid-level health care professional in Russia. Some of them include education (here too, Russia has recently introduced "высшее сестринское образование", a college degree in nursing, and yet its primary focus is the workforce management), and ability to serve as a patient's educator vs. being limited to follow the physician's orders
- "фельдшерица" is a convoluted way to escape the traditional "медицинская сестра"
