Highest Court of Cantonal Appeal

In this case, it's for the Canton of Zürich and not Switzerland generally cf. Cour de Cassation in FR.

Court of Cassation could well be meaningless to an English-speaking reader.

The Leo website entry of Court of Appeal is not specific enough for the court level - first- or second-instance appeal - or the area covered.

The IATE website entry of Court of Errors, alarmingly, is confusable with a 'Comedy of Errors'.

disagree AllegroTrans : NO, cassation is a specific procedure to review the decisions of lower Courts - it is not simply an appeal

Court of Cassation or Court of Appeal

In England, I would choose "Court of Appeal" but as this is a European situation and the term "Court of Cassation" can be used, it is also possible.
Both definitions are given in Romain,Dictionary of Legal and Commercial Terms, pub. CH Beck
