French to English Other Retail Pharmaceutical sales

I am translating a series of employee surveys where employees describe how their manager has helped them with their sales.

I am wondering how to best translate into English the phrase "visite en double" where I believe the words "visite" is referring to a sales call to a potential client.

Here's the fuller context:
"Durant les visites en double il ne cesse de me rappeler sur les technique de persuasion a recruter plus de patients..."
