Aquí el párrafo completo:

"Iniciar, proseguir, continuar, concluir todo ***proceso judicial*** instaurado por xxx contra cualquier persona colectiva o individual sea pública o privada, tanto nacional como extranjera, así como ***contestar y/o responder*** a las iniciadas,..."

Tal vez "reply" aplique a responder, pero estoy seguro que en el caso de "contestar un proceso judicial" se refiere a otra cosa.

Typo? I'd say it's a sign of sloppiness :)

Regardless of that, now you have three responses to your question and all that remains is to match up the correct English and Spanish terms without getting cross-eyed.

@Daltry If, as I assume, 'las iniciadas' refers back to 'proceso(s) judicial(es)', why doesn't it say 'los iniciados'?
