Spanish term
la serie de bajas
Spanish to English
Marketing
Marketing / Market Research
"What is the behavior of the terminations series? Is the clients drain increasing, or is it being maintained?"

the level of customer service/contract cancellations
I'd phrase this a bit differently as "behaviour" doesn't work very well in English. "How are the levels/is the level of customer service/contract cancellations? Are more clients switching to another provider, or are cancellation levels holding steady?"

: I would opt for your first option, Jenni ('level of customer service'). Always best to stay on the positive side of things in English marketing speak, I reckon (‘cancellations’ is negative). Jeje, couldn't have put it better myself! ('spin drs') Cheers ;)

Thanks, James. I'm always suggesting that to my marketing clients. In English, it always sounds better pushing the positive. (We must be the world's greatest spin doctors.)

: I disagree with James, and with your "customer service" - I think it means "the level of contract cancellations".

Thanks Phil. I had originally meant to put "service" in parentheses as an optional add-in. What do you think? Is it a way to push the positive while leaving the essential in or is it superfluous?

: But this isn't marketing. It's market research, so there's no negative or positive here. // Sorry, it's the result of much clumsy iPhone fumbling. I meant to say that I take "comportarse" here to mean "evolve", "perform" etc...

I wish I could see your complete comment! Market research is part of marketing as a discipline. I'm voting for patinba's term as it is probably the most widely used insider's term and leaving my answer to help Eugenio with the rest of the sentence.

That have dropped the service.
Discussion
Of course, I understand that this could be for internal use only (and that they may be wishing to be get down to the nitty-gritty of things). But the same still applies, in my experience.
