English to French Marketing Business/Commerce (general) global management program

Hi everybody.

I'm wondering if it would exist a specifical term to translate "business reason" as "raisons d'affaires" sound strange in my case.

Termium + gave me "raisons d'affaires" but i didn't find a french internet source close to my document.

Anyone get an ideas or confirm that?

Context: "What Are the Business Reasons Behind Be Consistent and Professional?"

or

"What Are the Business Reasons Behind Be Careful with Words and Actions?"
("be careful with Words and actions" is a section title and was reused in question and in many parts of the text)

this is for a global management program in enterprise or organization workplace.
