Hi everyone
I am translating an article which is a review of the literature on dental implants, largely examining the difference between immediate load implants and others.
There is a part which describes the classification of implants according to the type of load. The text describes 5 load types:
My problems is that I can only find three types of load in English - immediate, early and delayed. I have found both "temprana" and "precoz" translated as "early" and both "retrasada" and "diferida" translated as "delayed", which does not help me much as I need 5 terms. Does anyone know the technical translation for all 5 in English?
Many thanks for your help.
Penny

There only seem to be 3 classifications in English,

I suggest making use of primary, secondary variations for the immediate and early loadings (in a similar way as the description in Spanish does)
I would use:
primary immediate load, secondary immediate loading, primary early loading, secondary early loading, late conventional loading

Surgical timingThere are different approaches to place dental implants after tooth extraction. The approaches are:
1.Immediate post-extraction implant placement.
2.Delayed immediate post-extraction implant placement (2 weeks to 3 months after extraction).
3.Late implantation (3 months or more after tooth extraction).
According to the timing of loading of dental implants, the procedure of loading could be classified into:
1.Immediate loading procedure.
2.Early loading (1 week to 12 weeks).
3.Delayed loading (over 3 months)
