How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

چنان انزجار/تنفری (داشت) که باعث چندش او می شد/برایش چندش آور بود
If we say "تنفر چندش آور", it would sounds like his repulsion seems disgusting for us or for the author.
Therefore, we have to expand our translation. I added چنان at the beginning of the sentence to emphasize on the severeness of his repulsion. You can omit it if it makes the sentence a bit unnatural when you add the translation of "the flavourness" to it.
Definiton of "shudder" by Cambridge Advanced Dictionary: "to shake suddenly with very small movements because of a very unpleasant thought or feeling"
This is exactly what we call چندش گرفتن in Persian!
