Spanish term
Recibidor de Café
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
Hello. This term appears in a certificate from Costa Rica. This section has been partially obliterated by a stamp, so the context isn't 100% clear, but I do know that this relates to the person's residence, which is described as being one hundred metres from the "Recibidor de Café". I am not sure what this means in Costa Rican Spanish - is it some sort of coffee warehouse or merely a coffee shop? Any expert advice from speakers of Costa Rican Spanish (or other forms of Spanish from Latin America) would be very much appreciated.
Thanks :)
Thanks :)

coffee warehouse
I found these pictures in google and this description:
Elemento muy empleado en la cosecha de cafe aqui se mide la cantidad de cafe recolectado y luego se carga a camiones para el trasporte al procesador muy comun en las zonas cafetaleras de Costa Rica.
All the pictures I found are of the same structure and given the description I guess the best term would be coffee warehouse. Look at this picture too: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/25295051
Suerte!

Comment: "Thanks to you, Rachel, and also to James. I decided to go for this option because it is a more widely recognisable term, and it provided sufficient explanation and detail for the purposes of my job."

Spanish term (edited):
Recibidor de Café
Coffee Receiving Station
I've also seen "coffee cherry receiving station", or just "cherry receiving station", as well as "coffee bean receiver". But I think "Coffee Receiving Station" works best.
From what I can gather they are the places where coffee beans/cherries are brought after being picked for initial classification.
