Is what I would say. The Spanish is a bit whacky here. Tolerancia... a.... doesn't ring true but the meaning is clear.
So,
Forbearance by one Party of breaches of any type attributable to the other.....

you could say 'foreborn' for tolerated but I find the word awkward.
So,
