Meshchansky Court

You don't need to say "courthouse" in this kind of context where papers have been delivered to the court.

Well, I guess a broader context might tell you they were known to have been sent to the courthouse but somehow got lost inside. Otherwise you don't need "courthouse."

Gennady makes a good point. Considering it's about Khodorovsky's court appearance (and depending on the broader context), I would probably say "Meshchansky Courthouse."
Peer comment(s):

neutral Gennady Lapardin : convey to the court ≠ convey to the courthouse, imho

I just noticed it's about a person (I guess the lack of a capital letter caused my eye to slide over the name). That does put a different complexion on it.
