Therefore, having concluded that the writer is illiterate, we should have an obligation to make the text "readable".
Unfortunately, we are translators, not magicians so you may as well invent any psycho-babble that sounds good as the "pseudo-portuguese" doesn't mean a thing!!
There is no grammatical "nexo" or even any logical connection.
Basically this will have to be translated RIRO (Rubbish in - rubbish out.
Pity we can't help the client. but theyb really should have looked at their original crap before sending it for translation.
