: In graphology it's about energy; you captured some of that in 'dynamic', but it really means energy in the literal sense of the word.

: 100% with Muriel; you cannot omit the word "energy" here. My suggestion: "He has the energy required for leadership." BTW, weakness (or ill-health such as heart and lung problems) is also reflected in one's handwriting.
