Portuguese term

Tem boa energia para a liderança

Portuguese to English Other Psychology Grafologia
Olá pessoal! O texto é uma avaliação grafológica de um funcionário da empresa. Eu pensei em "he is determined as a leader". Ficarei muito grato pelas sugestões.

Contexto:

(ele) Tem boa energia para a liderança e é educado e profissional no treinamento de subordinados. Em alguns momentos de maior pressão pode ser mais “agressivo”, mas dificilmente perde a compostura profissional, pois preserva sua imagem perante os demais, sobretudo em relação a seus superiores diretos. Se expressa de forma consciente; sempre na procura de um ponto de vista comum e de acordo com os interesses coletivos, mas CORRETOS.

Graphology Based on my exposure to graphology, I know that the author is referring to the physical energy behind the strokes. It isn't about skills or knack or anything like that.

neutral Muriel Vasconcellos : In graphology it's about energy; you captured some of that in 'dynamic', but it really means energy in the literal sense of the word.

He is a natural leader

a suggestion to convey the idea of what is meant by your PT source text

just google "natural leader" and you will see thousands and thousands of examples and you can see how the term is used

just one of these examples:

Successful leaders have a nose for opportunity and a knack for knowing whom to tap to get things done. These qualities depend on a set of strategic networking skills that nonleaders rarely possess.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Muriel Vasconcellos : In graphology it's about energy, literally.

He/she has the energy it takes to be a leader

I have had some exposure to graphology. The point here is about the energy behind being a leader.

Thank you!
agree Allison Wright (X) : 100% with Muriel; you cannot omit the word "energy" here. My suggestion: "He has the energy required for leadership." BTW, weakness (or ill-health such as heart and lung problems) is also reflected in one's handwriting.
