Da varie fonti su internet sembra che "handler" venga lasciato in inglese mentre "corner" viene tradotto con angolo. Forse handler dell'angolo/degli angoli?

A quanto capisco si tratta dello strumento che si occupa di gestire (spostare, ridimensionare, ecc.) gli angoli nel disegno della facciata
